My use for this will be to relieve the pain from a re-occuring weak ankle that comes about without much warning. I can strap this on and still move around the house without being tied to an electrical outlet since it operates with a rechargable battery. The instructions are limited at best, but it didn't take long to figure out the heating and vibration control. It can get quite hot, so it would be advisable to start with the lower settings and work your way through all the options. Just a note - it is very easy to accidentally touch the control pad and unknowingly change the settings, so be aware.

I like this RelievaFlex cordless ankle heating pad a lot. I kind of wish I had two since I’ve got issues with both ankles, but even with one it’s been helpful. It took me a minute to figure out how to use it since the directions leave something to be desired, but once I got it up and running I had no complaints. The three heat levels feels good, the three vibration modes add nice variety, and the fact that it’s cordless makes it super convenient to use anywhere. The wrap is adjustable so it can fit either ankle, as well as a variety of ankle sizes. The auto shut-off after 15 minutes is a good safety feature too. Battery life seems decent, and it’s easy to charge up between uses.

Very helpful for ankle pain and support. Easy to wear, lightweight and made of a soft velvet material that is soothing. Charges quickly, and the battery lasts a long time. After charging you turn it on and can select three setting for heat and massage. The massage is a bit loud. Fits well even on my skinny ankles. After breaking my ankle and having metal pins permanently inserted, this does help a lot with the lingering discomfort.

Runner here. I’m always twisting my ankle on acorns or random stuff like that. It’s a bit painful but not enough to prevent me from running the next day. This has come in handy. I mainly use the heat feature. Instructions were useless. You have to play around with the controls to see what it does. I didn’t really like the vibrations control. Didn’t do much.

This is an excellent ankle massager! The device fit well on my ankle with room for a larger ankle, size 10.5 men's foot. Press and hold the power button and it starts with its first of three massaging modes with low heat. You choose the mode and heat then let it go for its 15 minute cycle. The massager is louder than expected. It charges with a USB C charger but has a warning to not have too powerful charger.

I love this ankle heated massager. Instructions could be a little more clear. If your unit is blinking and does not respond to any input.. try sliding the base of the unit with the buttons in every direction until it slides. Now slide the base of the unit until it pops in place. It should respond to input. I sprained my ankle pretty badly. I’ve been using a breg ice machine with an ankle attachment and then this after icing. Works wonderfully.

I rate this cordless heating ankle massager as 4 stars due to how well it functions and the convenient design. It warms up fairly quickly (the heating levels are consistent and accommodate a variety of comfort/therapeutic needs), and the vibration modes are cool to have, though some modes are more effective than others. Excellent I am amazed!!! I don’t know why I didn’t purchase this before now. I have a lot of nerve pain in my foot. Heat seems to be the only thing that helps. I struggled with a heating pad to stay on my foot. This works amazing. I will NEVER go without this product again.

This is a cordless ankle massager with heat. I love that this is cordless! Sometimes I have ankles that act up so I got this to help me with that. It is great to have something you can apply without any fuss. It fits nicely around either of my ankles and it feels so good having that heat applied. I can use this anywhere in the house without worrying about whether there's an outlet nearby, especially at night in bed when my aches become more prominent. This is an excellent quality heating pad and I'm happy to have it!

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. He has an old ankle injury that has caused him a lot of pain. He says it works great. Only downside is it's only for the right ankle. It doesn't fit on the left side the same. It doesn't specify in the website anywhere.

Got this for my 71 year old mother in law and she loves it! She said it was easy to use, the heat level was great, soft and functionality was great. The size reached the middle of her upper arm and hit right before her wrist The only con is the wrapping part is hard to velcro together. Even for me and Im in my 30s it was a little difficult but still I would buy this again

The first thing I noticed about this cordless ankle massager was that the straps needed to be a little longer since my ankle is sometimes swollen from breaking it last year. The massager works well with three settings. The second thing I noticed was that there was three heat settings but none of the settings was very warm. The massage did help with pain relief but the heat would of been more helpful if it was warmer. The durability of this massager seems good as you don’t normally use it that much so will last pretty well for the money.
